Issue: | Placement |
Bolt Number: | 4 |
Severity: | 2 |
Description: | Bolt should be moved two feet to the right in order to prevent bad falls where the climber lands with their shin on the big lip of the giant cutout area below. It happened to my friend today so no, it's not theoretical. The rope had a normal amount of slack in the system (no big droopy rope) so it's just the placement of the bolt happens to be in a unfortunate spot. The crux is above this bolt and probably most falls will occur at this spot and will be exposed to this danger. |
