| Description: | Right hand anchor bolt spinner. Sleeve is slightly visible and rotates when the hanger does. Torqued to 40 ft lbs but did not move, suggest replacement. Bolt was not installed perpendicular to the rock face so this is probably benign but seems like it should be on the list |
