| Description: | Bolt in high seapage location. Washer is rusting but not too bad. Monitor or consider replacement with CT Wave during wall overhaul. Also consider addition of lower 1st bolt to keep rope out of way of climber if working to 2nd bolt, and also to add redundancy. |
