| Description: | Left bolt was loose. The drilled hole has worn or was drilled to be larger than the bolt itself and moves loosely within the pre-drilled hole. I had a wrench and tightened the bolt to ensure the internal expansion piece was tightened, but this needs to be looked at for safety. Given the location and quality of the rock glue-ins should be considered. |
