| Description: | There is a glue-in bolt with permadraw on the 5th bolt which is shared between the 11b and the 11d. Seems like there is no glue in the wall and while weighting the bolt during cleaning, the bolt was actively coming out. It came out 1/2in while I was on it. there is over an inch of the shank pulled out of the wall at this point. |
