Description: Both anchor bolts were loose and we no long flush with the rock. They are stainless steel 5 piece bolts.

I hammered the bolts back in and tightened both bolts. This may just be the standard loosening of SS bolts, but the rock is fairly weak/sandy and this may recur. It is possible gule-ins may be needed.
