Area: Ground Zero

This is a shady area located beyond the lookout tower. It has a selection of 20 to 30 foot sport routes ranging from 5.8 to 5.12a. The rock is high quality, overhanging and very featured (there's even a giant tufa on one route). There is a feeling of seclusion you get from the unique approach, which includes walking through a mini cavern. It's well shaded so it could be a good place to visit on hot days and provides options if it's raining.
